Tariffs & Conditions (March 2010)
- Tariffs start from as little as $230.00 per couple, per night.
- Additional persons are charged at $20.00 per person, per night.
- All prices include 10% GST.
- Method of payments accepted are Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard & Bankcard), Cash & cheques.
- Minimum bookings are required during all holiday and special event periods.
- A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking or within 7 days of placing the booking.
- If paying by personal cheque the balance of payment is due no later than 7 days
before the commencement of stay. All other payment methods (payment due on arrival)
Check In & Check Out Times
- Guests are able to check in from 2:00pm onward.
- Guests are to be checked out by 10:00am on the day of departure.
Cancellation and Changes
- Any changes to check in and check out dates must be made as early as possible.
(Please note: changes to check in and check out dates
may or may not be possible depending on the time of year and other current bookings).
- Notice of cancellation must be made at least 48hrs before check in for a refund during (Off Peak periods).
- Notice of cancellation must be made at least 7 days before check in for a refund during (Peak periods).
- No refund will be given for early departures unless unused period of stay is re-booked for a latter date.
Conditions
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
- No pets Allowed.
- Damage Wavier must be signed before commencement of stay.
